Brodank is a textile workshop in Comarnic, Prahova county, Romania. We have been cutting and sewing here since 1991. The company behind the workshop, BRODANK S.R.L., was registered in 2003, and many of our clients still know us by our earlier name, Brod-Rvl. Since then we have equipped more than 100 hotels and guesthouses in Romania with bed linen, towels, pillows and duvets made on our own machines.
A workshop, not a warehouse
We are a manufacturer. We buy fabric, we cut it here, and we sew it here. We do not import finished goods and put our label on them. That distinction sounds technical, but for a hotel buyer it changes three very practical things: what sizes you can have, what happens when you reorder, and what you pay. A trader can only sell what has already arrived in the container. We start from the roll, so the product is built around your beds and your laundry, not the other way round.

Reorders that match
Tell us the fabric, the weight and the colour you had before and we make the new items to the same specification, so a top-up matches the rooms already fitted out.
One margin, not three
You buy from the people who sew the item, with no importer and no distributor in between.
What we make
Our core work is flat textiles for accommodation: hotel bed linen in cotton percale, sateen and damask, and hotel towels in different weights, plain or embroidered with your logo. Alongside those we make pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, bathrobes, curtains, draperies and bedspreads, and tablecloths and runners for the dining room; curtain accessories such as hooks, tapes, rings and rails are hardware, so those we supply rather than sew. Materials and how they hold up
We work mainly in 100% cotton: percale for a crisp, matt finish, cotton sateen for a smoother hand, and damask where the hotel wants a woven pattern. Duvets and pillows are filled with siliconised hollowfibre. Weights differ from product to product, and the weight is part of the offer you receive. Everything is chosen to withstand repeated industrial laundering. Personalisation
Logos can be added by embroidery, woven into the fabric as jacquard, or printed. You choose the colours, the sizes and the finish. This is normal work for us rather than a special service: because we start from the roll, what goes on the item is decided by you and not by what a wholesaler happens to hold in stock. Hotels and guesthouses are our largest group, but we also work with restaurants and event venues, care homes, hospitals and clinics, nurseries, sports centres and training camps, and accommodation for workers. Each of those has its own list under solutions by sector.
Who you will be talking to
The company is run by Dragnea Ionut Deni, a specialist in professional textiles for HoReCa whose experience in the trade goes back to 1991. He is also the technical contact for buyers: fabric choice, weights, sizing for unusual mattresses, personalisation methods and what a given specification will cost. Enquiries are answered by someone who knows how the item is made.

How we work with new clients
We sell business to business, by quotation. There is no shopping cart on this site, because a hotel order is defined by sizes, fabrics, weights and quantities that need to be agreed first. Send us your bed and window measurements, the number of rooms and the finish you want, and you get an offer with prices per item, in lei and excluding VAT.
