A hotel, a spa and a care home all order bed linen and towels. They do not order the same ones. The wash temperature, the number of changes per week, the colours, the sizes and the quantities are different in each case, and those differences decide which fabric and which weight actually make sense. We have been cutting and sewing textiles in our own workshop in Comarnic, Prahova, since 1991, and we have supplied over 100 hotels and guesthouses in Romania. This page sets out what we recommend for each type of business, and why.
The textiles below are cut and sewn to order in our own workshop, so sizes, colours and finishes follow your specification instead of a catalogue. We do not resell imported bed linen or towels; the curtain fittings we supply alongside them are the one exception, since hooks, tapes, rings and rails are hardware rather than sewn goods. Six sectors, six sets of priorities
Read the card that matches your business. If you sit between two of them, for example an aparthotel with a small spa area, tell us both and we will quote the two parts separately. These six are the ones we are asked about most. We also supply nurseries and kindergartens, sports centres and training camps, and accommodation for workers, so write to us if your business is one of those.
Hotels
You need full sets: bed linen, towels in three or four sizes, pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, all in repeat quantities. The hard part is consistency. A room refurbished in year three must match the rooms fitted in year one, so we cut every repeat order to exactly the same fabric, colour and size specification as the first one. We recommend cotton percale or cotton satin, which stands up to repeated industrial washing, with your logo in woven jacquard or embroidery. Bed linen starts at 59,5 lei per set, excluding VAT.
Guesthouses and aparthotels
Smaller properties order smaller quantities, but the sizes are often awkward. Beds are rarely identical, mattresses are often thicker than standard and laundry is often done on site rather than by an industrial laundry. We cut sheets and duvet covers to the exact bed you have, including deep mattresses, and there is no minimum catalogue size to work around. Plain 100% cotton in a lighter weight is usually the better choice here. We make the same fabrics in different weights, so tell us how the linen will be washed and we will recommend one.
Restaurants and events
Table textiles are a shape problem before they are a fabric problem. Round tables, extended banquet tables, square bistro tops and cloths that must reach the floor all need different cutting. We make tablecloths, runners and covers to any dimension, shape and colour, so a set for a 180 cm round table and a set for a 70 cm square one come from the same order, and your logo can be embroidered, woven in jacquard or printed. Colour matching across a room is what people notice first. Tablecloths and runners start at 9 lei, excluding VAT, with the exact figure set once you send us the shapes, dimensions and colours you need; curtain accessories are quoted on request.
Spa and wellness
Spa and wellness areas inside hotels and guesthouses get the roughest treatment: chlorine, massage oils, high humidity and several washes a day. Absorbency and weight are what guests notice, and thin towels are the first thing that has to be replaced. We recommend 100% cotton towels in a heavier weight than the guest room ones, plus bathrobes, which are priced on request, and enough towels for one full set to be in use while another is in the wash. Hospitals and clinics
Here hygiene sets the rules. Textiles are washed hot, often, and stripped from beds between patients, so the fabric has to survive repeated industrial laundering without losing shape. We work with plain, uniform colours that are easy to sort and to check, and we build the order around volume rather than decoration. Mattress protection is essential rather than optional: protectors start at 45 lei and pillows at 22 lei, both excluding VAT, so they can be replaced on a schedule rather than kept in use past their best.
Care homes
Care homes wash almost as often as a hospital, but the linen still has to feel like home. Residents live in the room, so it should look domestic rather than clinical, while still going through the laundry several times a week. We recommend soft cotton in a mid weight, mattress protectors on every bed, and duvets from 59 lei, excluding VAT, with siliconised hollowfibre filling. The table below is the short version. It is the first thing we ask about when a new client writes in, because it decides the fabric weight and the quantity per bed.

Starting prices, excluding VAT
These are our starting prices in Romanian lei, excluding VAT. Bed linen is priced per set; the other figures are starting prices for the item concerned. Bathrobes and curtain accessories are not listed here, because they are quoted on request.
The final price moves with fabric, weight, size and personalisation. Percale, cotton satin and damask are not priced the same, and a deep fitted sheet for a 30 cm mattress uses more fabric than a standard one. Quantity matters too. Tell us the number of rooms or beds and we will quote the whole set rather than piece by piece.
Personalisation
All six sectors can have their textiles personalised. We do embroidery with your logo, woven jacquard where the pattern or name is part of the fabric itself, and printing. Jacquard suits hotels that want the brand visible on every sheet; embroidery is the usual choice on towels and bathrobes; printing works well for events and one-off runs. Any dimension, any shape, any colour.
