Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Write to office@lenjerii-hotel.ro to exercise any of these rights. We answer within one month, as required by Article 12(3) GDPR.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), at dataprotection.ro. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.
